Causes of Dysmenorrhea:

A tipped uterus tissue causes this pain during menstrual period. It is called as endometriosis. In this time uterine tissues contractions have very stronger. Urogenital system consists of intestinal spasms, endometriosis, fascias, chronic tightness, fascias and connective tissues which attach the uterus to surrounding structures The primary dysmenorrhea caused by weight gain, smoking, alcohol consumption and prostaglandins.

It is relieved by various easy methods. They are followed as,

1. Self-Help Treatment:

  • Keep the dietary system with healthy foods. Such as natural vitamin fruits and green leaf fresh vegetables, low fat meat and fish and calcium like milk products. A small amount of sugar and salt taking in menstrual period time, you have less severe cramping. If you have large amount of caffeine, you have several painful menstrual cramping. So reduce caffeine uses well in that period.
  • Natural foods are given more Vitamins. Such as Vitamin E and B6 provides the pain relief for some women with several menstrual cramps.
  • Regular walking and jogging are easy exercises. They would be given to relief the Menstrual cramps. Heating pad is applying to aching areas, it relief some pain to the cramps.

  • Antidepressants. Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) reduce symptoms such as fatigue, food cravings and sleep problems
  • Naproxen and Ibuprofen sodium medicines are generally used to relief menstrual cramps pains.
  • Oral contraceptives. Oral contraceptives stop ovulation and stabilize hormone fluctuations, which reduces mood swings.
  • Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It takes before of your period, it is used to relieve breast discomfort and menstrual cramping.
